  1. Disclaimer
    1. ChesnetONE will only perform and provide computer services, repairs and upgrades as requested by the customer. ChesnetONE will provide honest, reasonable, and considerate services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed. 
    2. Computer service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer cannot be repaired. 
    3. The turnaround time we quote is an estimate and the total length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted.
    4. You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that in the event of such a loss, the data can be restored. ChesnetONE will not be responsible for your data loss. 
    5. You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti-virus and any other necessary software on your computer to perform required services. 
  2. Billing Terms
    1. Computer services/repairs are billed as stated on the service order. 
    2. An estimate of cost for work will be provided before performing computer services/repairs. Estimates are not guaranteed. 
    3. In the case that there is an unforeseen deviation, beyond the above estimated amount, every effort will be made to contact you and inform you of the situation and receive authorization to continue or stop the repair/service
    4. In the case that you cannot be reached, work will stop until contact is established. Once reached, your decision to continue or stop will be honored by ChesnetONE.
  3. Payment Terms
    1. Full payment is due upon completion of services, upgrades, or repairs. 
    2. Completed services, computer parts, hardware, or/and software that are ordered or special ordered must be paid before ChesnetONE will release the computer/hardware to the customer. 
    3. ChesnetONE accepts cash or credit cards for payment tenders. 
  4. Liability
    1. Service(s) are provided in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the computer system(s) for which you request such service(s). 
    2. Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your computer, not damage it. 
    3. In the case of accidental damage of data to your system or data loss caused by already existing problems in your system such as viruses, badly configured software, or hardware problems/failures – you agree to hold ChesnetONE and any person(s) associated with ChesnetONE or involved in the work being done for you not liable from damages resulting from such problems. 
    4. It is your responsibility to backup your data. ChesnetONE will not be responsible for data loss. 
    5. ChesnetONE will retain completed services for 90 days after the customer has been notified of its completion. Should the customer fail to pick up the service within that timeframe the ownership of the service will default to ChesnetONE and ChesnetONE may dispose of it in any way they see fit.
The Computer Checkup service combines both Computer Diagnostics and Windows Optimization services into one at a discounted rate! We will diagnose anything that is wrong with your computer, install any Windows and drivers updates required and remove any viruses and malware present. By the time our techs are finished your computer will feel like a new machine!​​
Be aware that if your computer is not powering on it must be checked in for a No Post Service first for an additional fee. This is a requirement before we do any other diagnostics etc, and is billed separately. ​

If you are having issues with your computer bring it in for a Computer Diagnostics service. We will determine what is causing the issue and will give you our best recommendation on what the solution may be.  ​​

We can perform a Data Backup service on computers or hard drives with accessible data (files on the drive are visible when plugged in by a CPC Technician). If you do not know how much data on the drive there is to be backed up, we will check in the drive under our minimum payment for data backup and call with a quote after it has been determined by an CPC Technician. If you need an external hard drive or flash drive to store the backed up data, ones with this service will be discounted by 5%.  ​​

Buying a new computer but don't want to lose all your data? Our Data Transfer service is just what you need. We will transfer all of the data you chose (photos, videos, music, documents etc.) to your new computer. ​
As the name implies this service only transfers your personal data. Programs and personal settings are not able to be transferred and must be set up as new.

Looking to upgrade to a larger drive or an SSD, but don't want to lose your current info? Our Disk Clone service is what you need! We take your current storage drive and make an exact copy of it on the replacement drive. ​

Our Email Configuration service will set up your email application (Outlook, Thunderbird etc.) or service (Gmail, Hotmail, AOL etc.) to work with your personal or work email account.

If you need to upgrade or swap out a part in your computer our Hardware Installation service is what you would need. We can install most any piece of hardware (Ram, Storage, GPU's, PCI-E cards etc.) at your request, so long as your device will support them. ChesnetONE cannot guarantee the compatibility or warranty any parts purchased outside of our store. 
Hardware installation does not include any form of diagnostics. If requested they would be billed at an additional fee.
